Sacred Stone Guest Policies And Information
• Wells Farm Arts and Education Center does not sell or permit the use of alcoholic beverages on the premises by patrons. If you are interested in serving alcoholic beverages as part of a special event or rental agreement, Wells Farm Arts and Education Center must apply for a special permit through the Town of South Kingstown 2 months prior to event.
• Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere on the property at any time.
• Under no circumstances are weapons, or firearms of any kind allowed in or onto the Venue by any Guest or Renter. Should any weapon or firearm be detected, Law Enforcement will be called immediately to disarm and remove the offending individual from the Venue.
• Groups renting the venue are responsible for any breakage and damage to Wells Farm property. Leave as you found it and please respect all equipment, buildings, and the natural environment.
• Guests will be expected to silence cell phones and other devices during programs and events.
• Parking is only permitted in the designated parking areas. Blocking driveway is not permitted at any time.
• A restroom for Wells Farm quests is located in the Garden Bunk House studio. A convenient portable restroom may be available for special events.
• Wells Farm venue buildings are not handicapped accessible.
• Wells Farm offers the opportunity for guests to commune with nature in this unique historic venue. Our goal is that guests, staff and wildlife all share the property cooperatively. To that end, we ask that you enjoy any birds, animals or other creatures that you encounter with respect and at a distance.
• We recommend the use of sun protection and insect repellant at Wells Farm, and that guests check themselves for ticks thoroughly after outdoor activity. You can also view recommendations from the CDC on how to protect yourself.
