WELLS FARM ARTS AND EDUCATION CENTER offers rental space options for private, corporate, and community events, classes, meetings, music, and celebrations. Our venue will also be available to practitioners, teachers, and facilitators for Reiki, Sound Therapy, Massage, Yoga, Tai Chi, Educational Workshops, Retreats and more. You can rent portions of, or the entire property.
Wells Farm is a rare piece of preserved land, nearly 32 acres of pastures and woods, streams, rock outcroppings, and stone walls. Bordering Wells Farm is South Kingstown Land Trust property and protected private land.
We offer two Garden Bunk Houses for one-on-one sessions, and/or additional indoor workshop space. The Garden Bunk Houses share a covered walkway but have separate entrances. One is a 10' x 14' space with a half bath that can be set up for a variety of uses. The other is a 13' x 13' cozy sitting area with French doors and a skylight. Both Bunkhouses have electric heat and look out into the gardens.
In an expansive open area overlooking pastures, we have our multi-use 26' x 16' screened Arcturus Pavilion/Stage, the 36' Native Earth Labyrinth (both under construction), and the Sacred Stone Gathering Circle.
In addition, we have many natural and landscaped areas surrounded by stone walls, where you can meet, create, and explore. For those participating in programs, there are multiple trails and paths full of wildlife, leading through woods, along streams, and through pastures.
